Our house is on a square in a low-traffic neighborhood in the historic center of Utrecht. We are located at Pieterskerkhof behind the Domplein, a 5-minute walk from the Janskerkhof and a 12-minute walk from the central station.

We live in a beautiful old house from the 17th century with 18th and 19th-century elements.
The shared areas are: a kitchen, two toilets, a bathroom with bath , a south-facing roof terrace ( nice for breakfasts) and a small shady courtyard ( nice during the hot days). - Prive ruimte(s)

As of March 16, we have a place available for six months in the center of Utrecht. It concerns two rooms to be used as a living room and bedroom, totaling approximately 40m2. Both rooms have high ceiling and high windows and a wooden floor.

We all have a living room and bedroom combination and plenty of space to retreat. We are all working and have our own busy lives, but we have a household together and we divide the tasks among ourselves. The shared areas are a kitchen, two toilets, a bathroom, a south-facing roof terrace ( nice for breakfasts), and a small shady courtyard ( nice during the hot days). Our living together is peaceful and we like somebody joining us who likes a peaceful home too.
We have house meetings where we discuss what we can do to improve the state of our old house ( that needs some maintenance, mainly painting jobs, big maintainance is for the house owner) and how we can improve our joint household. - Huidige samenstelling
- We are two men and a woman ranging in age from 38 to 49 years old We are a mechanical engineer, a psychologist, and a healthcare worker studying at the VU. We have a shared house with three residents and a cat. We also have a part-time dog visiting; one of us has a 5-year-old child who is regularly home at the weekend.

We are looking for someone who would like to take care of this house with us and make it a nice home.
Participating in a cleaning schedule is mandatory. Participating in odd jobs is allowed but not required.
We would like to have someone who meets us for a chat every now and then to keep us informed about each other's lives.
Given the current composition, preference is for a woman between the ages of 30 and 50. We are all Dutch and open to living with other nationalities. The most important thing is that there is a good connection with the current residents because we live close to each other. - Beelden
