The Pontanus in Nijmegen is looking for a person to sublet a room for the month of May and June. (It will be free from the 22nd of April so you could enter on that day).
We are a group of 6 people living in the center of Nijmegen, we are not students, we are artists, musicians, craftsmen.
-The room is east facing so it is very bright and sunny in the mornings.
-It has two floor levels with a small staircase, you can take the bed out under the second level (very cozy).
-Two large windows
-Electric heating
-Double bed.
-Work desk
-Sofa
-Shelf
- 312,00 euros per month (water, electricity, wifi all included).
About our house:
- Located close to the center of Nijmegen, but in a quiet street.
- Fully equipped kitchen for those who love cooking.
- We are a quiet living group, so no big parties.
-We like to keep the house clean, we share the chores between the 6 of us.
-We share the bathroom, kitchen and shower.
-We also have a terrace outside the kitchen, very nice to eat on sunny days.
- Pets are not allowed in the community.
