- The old Panderfabriek is located in the heart of The Hague. It was squatted in the 1980s and converted into apartments in the 1990s. Panderplein is an oasis of tranquility within the city and therefore a popular place to live.

We have a nice, spacious house with a shared living room, kitchen, shower, and toilet. There's a cellar under our house where we can store camping gear and a bicycle. We also have a communal garden that we share with all the other Pander residents.

We are a living group of four people, working/studying in various sectors. Our ages range from late twenties to early forties. We all have our own rhythm and give each other freedom, but we're also involved with each other.
Important: we're not just looking for a tenant. We're looking for a living group resident who feels at home in a community where the neighbors know each other and who is actively involved in the Pander association.

- We live in one of these houses with three women and one man. One of our housemates is leaving The Hague, so we are looking for a new housemate (male or female). Kathrine, Anne, and Iris will stay, and you could be the fourth person. Kathrine and Anne are both studying fine arts at the art academy. Iris works for a local foundation focusing on urban development. English is the primary language spoken at home, as Kathrine and Anne are both from Denmark.
