Hello hello!
We are looking for a new member for our international co-housing project. We are looking for a social, responsible housemate (aged between 25 - 40) who enjoys community living - including a cat. We like people who are not scared of long-term investment into the house, so we’d like someone to move in who wants to stay in Maastricht for the foreseeable future, preferably a non-student.
We expect some time commitment in the upkeep in our house, joining a team to take care of a specific topic (i.e. finance, long term fixes etc.). We expect a time commitment of around 2 hours a week, joining monthly meetings & communal fixing things around the house days. Because of that we’re specifically looking for someone that is handy, knows how to fix things around the house, and is proactive in doing so. We love DIY engineers!
We share a big kitchen and living room, a lush green garden, 2 bathrooms with a bath and shower, 3 toilets, and a large basement for storage! We also like sharing cars, food, and other resources. We each have our own living room & bedroom. The rooms available are 2 separate rooms of about 20-25sqm in total.

- Just on the border of the city centre, close to liveliness in a quiet neighbourhood. Next to a park and the maas.

- Large kitchen with all appliances you can dream of. Large living room with comfy couch, tv, Nintendo Switch, piano, games and plants! Two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bath. Three separate toilets. A big basement with storage options. A large lush green garden with vegetable beds and loads of fresh herbs! And the occasional cat ;)

- Two rooms, one relatively small to be used as a bedroom (10sqm) and one larger (20sqm) to be used as a living room - can also be used differently of course! Both have wooden floors and large windows with loads of natural light.
