My name is Elaf, I’m looking for a house swap, I’ve been building a life here in Utrecht, surrounded by people and spaces that reflect creativity, openness, and a sense of belonging. However, I’ve been feeling lately that now is the right moment for a change of scenery. I would like to move to Amsterdam, as the city offers larger, more international communities that better align with my personal and professional path.
I currently live in a shared home with 3 other people near Utrecht-Zuilen. The place is lovely, friendly, and well-connected by public transport. The price is all inclusive.

Outside, there’s a lovely front garden, perfect for enjoying the sun, reading a book, or just getting some fresh air.

One of the best things about it is that it has its own little living area within the room, giving you extra comfort and privacy. It feels like your own mini apartment inside the house.
There’s a wardrobe with one shelf reserved for your belongings, and an extra shelf next to the bed for your essentials. The room is already furnished, so you don’t need to bring much.
Whether you like to keep to yourself or occasionally hang out in the common areas, this space gives you the flexibility to do both comfortably.

The house has a chilled and independent vibe. All three housemates are currently working and have their own schedules, so everyone’s pretty focused and busy during this period.
There’s no pressure to socialize or do things together, everyone respects each other’s space and routine. We don’t really plan shared activities at the moment because of our different rhythms, but when we run into each other in the kitchen or living room, there’s always room for a friendly chat.
It’s a great setup if you’re looking for a peaceful, low-key living environment where you can do your own thing and still feel part of a respectful shared home.

We are a house of four adults in total including me. Everyone in the house is currently working and has their own schedule, so the atmosphere is peaceful and independent.
There are no pets and no children in the house. The housemates are in their mid and late 20s. respectful, open-minded, and value privacy and cleanliness. Smoking is not allowed indoors
