I think a good number of people would be 4-6, but it really depends on what kind of place we can find.
Composition should be adults only, age doesn't matter. We should all be functional enough to take care of ourselves most of the time, but accepting that we might also need help sometimes. The idea is to help one another in a supportive community.
Residents would not be party people, and we should all be ok with people spending lots of time alone (as we do when we're not feeling well) but also wanting some company when we are feeling fine.
Dogs OK, but no cats. No smokers.
Ideologie
The goal of this community would be to provide a stable and supportive community for partly-functional sick people. That would be our focus.
So the only people eligible would be those who keep their beliefs to themselves, including beliefs about vaccines. Whether you take them or not is your business, and you should be the kind of person that keeps it that way. There will be no policy on vaccination and masks.
Types of people that are NOT desirable: ideologues, overly religious people, political fanatics, or anyone who wants to impose their will/beliefs/ideas on others. There would be policies about hanging flags, displaying political/ideological symbols etc.
Planning
At this point this is just an idea. So many horror stories from people in our situation who are totally abandoned by society, so it seems high time to try to find a stable living situation for ourselves.
