A room will be available for subrent in our woongroep at Centraal Wonen Het Punt from July 2026 for 3 months, possibly longer.
We’re an international house (Dutch, Greek, Nicaraguan & US) and total foodies — we love to cook, bake, pickle and ferment. We share dinners, have cosy winter movie nights and summer garden chillings and enjoy the wider community. Het Punt has great shared facilities: a sauna, big garden, pizza oven, community kitchen & activity space, workshop, campfire and table tennis area, plus guest rooms. The room is large, has its own entry to the garden, and the location is ideal — 5 min by bike to Binnenveld (Natura 2000 area) and 7 min to the centre. Age range mid 20s to early 40s.
