We are a couple, both 27 years old, living in our own home in Overvecht, Utrecht, and we are looking for a new roommate.
You will have your own private room of approximately 11 m² (about 3.2 × 3.5 m) and share the rest of the house with us. The house includes a living/dining room of around 30 m², a backyard of approximately 40 m², a front garden of around 20 m², a small bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Additional storage space may be available by arrangement.
We enjoy cooking, sharing meals, drawing, gardening, boardgames, walking our dog, and occasionally hosting a barbecue or small gathering. We also have a cozy home cinema setup with a projector and large screen for movie/game nights.
We share the house with a friendly 2-year-old panda shepherd mix, who loves to cuddle on the couch. Bringing your own pets is possible as well! We are looking for someone who is either studying or working. Due to work trips, studies, and family abroad, we are sometimes (one person or both) away from home for a week here and there, which means you got the house for yourself!
