An ideal location would be close to a big city, but outside located. For example, maybe a 15min. bike ride, 30 min. train or bus ride. To avoid high costs of rentals or living, yet easy to get to, for studies, work, or family. Maybe close to a city with beach access, for beach nights or evenings.

An ideal space size would be 4, or 8. So that no one has to feel left out. Accordingly we'd need 4 or 8 rooms, incl. a living room, so we can hang out, etc.

The ideal group would eat together (though optional), commit to the group, rotates in cleaning, and so on. I recently quit smoking, but I don't mind people smoking, but for smokers, maybe on a balcony or in front of the house rather than inside. Maybe annual holidays as a group.

I'm 27, recently quit smoking, and I'd love to study abroad. I'm from Germany, but I'm planning to move to the Netherlands in the upcoming six months but not later than February 2027. I have experience in co-living, but my current situation only includes one roommate in Germany. I don't have pets, am quiet, and usually quiet to new people until I thawed up. I'm currently trying to find a way to study and work at the same time.
