Een locatie binnen of dichtbij de Ring zou ideaal zijn voor mijn studie en sociale leven, maar een leuke groep iets verder weg zou ik ook overwegen. - Any place within or near the Ring would be ideal for my studies and social life, but I'd also consider a nice group a bit further away.

I am very uncomplicated and open to everything. Furnished would be great but otherwise moving with my stuff is also no problem. Looking for a community from september 2026 to september 2027 but a shorter lease would also be okay. I am available to move in any date after 15 August but before 1 September.

Sometimes I like cooking and eating together, casual chats, gardening if the house has a garden, splitting house chores side by side, and maybe even small group outings on weekends. Outside of research work, I enjoy cycling around Nijmegen, hiking in nearby nature and exploring local markets. I don’t have pets myself, but I don’t mind living with pets in the house. Of course everybody has their private quiet time to focus on study and research, I respect everyone’s personal schedule and will never disturb others’ rest or study time. I am excited about diverse housemates of all ages, I don’t mind pets or smokers, and I welcome people with all kinds of life backgrounds and hobbies.

Hi, I'm Han Li and I’m really happy you found my listing! From September 2026 on I’ll start my 4-year PhD research at Radboud University in Nijmegen. I spend most of my daytime working on lab experiments and academic reading, so I will keep quiet during working hours. I have stable monthly salary from the university, so rent will not be a problem for the whole duration of my stay. I came to the Netherlands all the way from China, eager to experience the woongroep communal lifestyle. I don’t speak Dutch yet, but I’m planning to start learning the language soon. I’m fully committed to this community and will stay long-term for my full doctoral project.
