1 or 2 rooms depending on the size. I like coziness so I don't need much space. Around 25m2 would be amazing. What matters most is that there is a nice community area!

Communal cooking and dinners is what I look most forward to in living in a community. Being responsible for communal area's and, if there is one, a garden, is something I find important. I worked as a gardener for a year and yes I have green fingers 🌱🤗. I think that caring for a space together can be very special and is what makes places feel lively and soulful. (From my background as an urban designer, I would call this 'Genius Loci' or spirit of the place :) )

Hi! My name is Stijn, I am 26 years old and currently live in Deventer. I recently graduated as Urban designer!
I have lived antikraak for 2 years nearby Utrecht. I lived there with around 10 people in one house. Although this was a great period in my life, I moved to Deventer to study there. Now that my bachelor is over, I am actually looking forward to leaving my (lonely) student appartment and taking this step to explore different ways of living. I think I am a community person: people often describe as being honest, caring and loyal. As my bachelor is over, I am now working as a gardener, before looking into work options in my workfield. I don't have a cat (yet!) I really love animals and pets though! :)
