- We have rooms in a variety of sizes (16-60 m2) and rent. The community is part of social housing, therefore a maximum income is allowed (social rent standards).

- The rooms are all next to kitchens and toilets which we share. We also share a balcony, bikeshed, workshop and a garden.

- At this moment it is not clear which room (and thus which rent) will be available because of internal moving. Be aware that this might still be the case when we meet.
- Description coliving group
- We live together with around forty people (including children) with different ages, backgrounds and viewpoints. We take care (light maintenance, cleaning) of our common spaces together and share a spontaneous dinner here and there. Although not essential, the experience of living with others is handy. As we are a woongroep, a willingness to contribute to our community is necessary. If this sounds daunting, don't be put off! Please feel free to ask us any questions :-)
- Current composition
- Our kitchen (that we lovingly named The Ship) has five members (four women and one man) with an age range from 29 to 53. Our chosen language (in our multinational kitchen) is English, so this is something to consider when applying.
- Ideal resident
- We are looking for somebody who is adaptable, independent and social. Also we seek a person who is empathetic and has good communication skills. All ages and genders are welcome to apply. Your kitchen will be on the first floor, only accessible by stairs.
