Luke (30) and myself (30) are looking for a roommate, to fill up the third bedroom in our amazing apartment in Rotterdam West (just off Middelandplein). Approximately 130m2 over two floors with a huge roof terrace
1-2 minutes walk from all the shops you need Albert Heijn, Hema, Blokker etc and heaps of diverse restaurants! Tram line at your doorstep. Close by Hemraadspark.
The room is available from August 1st until/ indefinite, comes unfurnished and measures 12m2 with a balcony which is also connected to kitchen. You will share a kitchen which is small but fine, there are two bathrooms and toilets (1st floor bathroom would basically be yours.
Rent is approx €630 incl (450€ bare rent + gas, water, electricity, internet & tv) & deposit is 2x bare rent + service charges.
We are looking for someone who is in the same stage in their life, clean & organised but also likes to chill & have a drink/some dinner and socialise.
