We zijn een woongroep in de binnenstad van Utrecht binnen de grachten, op twee minuten lopen van de Stadsschouwburg, 5-10 minuten van Neude en met de fiets 10 min van het centraal station! 😊
We are a woongroep located in the historic city center in Utrecht. It is about a two minutes’ walk to the Stadsschouwburg and 5-10 minutes to Neude. By bike it is around 10 minutes to the central trainstation.

Je komt te wonen met totaal vijf fijne huisgenoten tussen de 27 en 36 jaar: van boekhouder tot theatermaker, zeepmaker en muziekproducent. We eten zo nu en dan samen, er wordt acro yoga gedaan, samen muziek gemaakt, maar iedereen is ook lekker op zichzelf zo op z’n tijd. We kiezen allemaal bewust voor het leven in een woongroep, dus we zijn allemaal gehecht aan ons mooie plekje! Het pand is in beheer van de SSH, inschrijving is mogelijk!
You will live with five awesome house mates between 27 and 36 years old who make their living as bookkeepers, theatre makers, soap makers and music producer. Occasionally, we have dinner together, play some music or do some acro yoga. We all made the conscious choose to live in a living community, hence we all make efforts to keep up the good vibes, to help each other and to create a warm and welcoming environment. The building is managed by the SSH, registration is possible!

Vanwege reisplannen en een last-minute afzeggen, is er een tijdelijk kamer vrijgekomen voor op korte termijn (vanaf eind september). Totale duur te bepalen in overleg, maar in principe voor 4-5 maanden. We zoeken iemand (m/v/x) van tussen de 25-35 jaar die:
- Het fijn vindt om, en/of al ervaring heeft met, in een woongroep wonen.
- Al per 25 september of kort daarna de kamer zou kunnen betrekken.
Vanwege de korte termijn, willen we vragen alleen te reageren als je daadwerkelijk iets zoekt voor op korte termijn en deze week kan komen kennismaken. Kennismaking / bezichtiging kan deze week gepland worden.
Due to travel plans and a last-minute cancellation, a temporary room has become available for the short term (from the end of September). Total duration to be determined in consultation, but in principle for 4-5 months. We are looking for someone (m/f/x) between 25-35 years old who:
- Likes to live in a residential group and/or already has experience with it.
- Could move into the room as of September 25 or shortly thereafter.
