Just outside The Hague (5 min from the Mall of the Netherlands) a room (about 7 sqm) in a newly renovated apartment is available.
You will share the large living/dining room (23m2) where there's enough space to invite people for dinner and organise movie nights. There's also a large balcony (sun in the morning) where you can eat comfortably outside. You will also share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. You will live with 2 other lovely girls and they are all working students.
In the apartment there is a microwave, washing machine and oven, and the kitchen is fully equipped.
The apartment is located in an quiet apartment building in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood in Leidschendam.
It's 25 min by bike to the city centre of the Hague, 30 min to the Centre of Leiden and 35 min to Delft. Around the apartment there are many tram/metro/bus lines towards Leiden, The Hague and Leiden. The night bus from The Hague centre stops around the corner of the apartment (50m).
Surrounding the apartment there's a lively neighboorhood. A short walk (5 min) away there's a supermarket (Dirk) and small restaurants. 5 min away by bike there is the Mall of the Netherlands. The largest mall in the Netherlands, where there are many shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There is a large park just outside the apartment and the city of Leidschendam is perfect to enjoy the view whilst enjoying some ice cream.
We are looking for a girl who enjoys eating together and watching Netflix, but there are no obligations since the current tenants also enjoy our privacy from time to time. In this house we respect everyone’s privacy with open communication 😉
The room is fully furnished, (you just need to bring your towels !) and it is available as per December 1st, price is €540 per month ("all in", for ex. water, gas, electricity, wifi).
