Hey,
there is a contract opening in a beautiful spacious apartment at Goeman Borgesiusstraat in Amsterdam. The apartment is very spacious and has two floors:
- first floor: three rooms, kitchen, bathroom, balcony.
- second floor: 60sq m open space for a studio practice and a couch and projection space to watch movies.
The apartment is located super close to a park and Tuinen van Westen.
Connectivity to the city centre is easy with public transport- bus and tram stops connecting with central station are just around the corner.

- We would share a working space upstairs and arrange it the way we want depending on the art practice you have, medium you use etc. I am myself a filmmaker and I only require a spacious desk and occasionally studio space for photography work.

This contract opening in my apartment is a part of CAWA Broedplaats and offers a 5 year housing contract for a person under 28 years old. (To apply, you should be able to be confirmed as an artist by CAWA.)
You would be living with me (my contract terminates mid 2027) and share a two floor apartment.
I am a 30 year old Polish film director and I have a small cute dog called Ramona. I work a lot from home and also travel a lot. It would be great to live with someone who shares a similar lifestyle - working in film and/or audio-visual arts, cares about their practice, values having a tidy house, is responsible and sincerely communicates about their limits and desires regarding the shape of living together. Besides working from home I like to occasionally throw dinners or/and parties, and I think I am quite chill, loving, generous and I care about communication :)
Location: Amsterdam Geuzenveld close to all shops and bus and tram stops.
