We are located in Amsterdam Oost, in the vicinity of Oosterpark and at a 5minute walk from Metro 51/53 and 54 that connects to the central station.
Common space(s)
The ground floor is completely shared and has a large kitchen, a living room, a space for washing machines / dishwasher, a bicycle shed and a terrace / garden. Upstairs we have three floors; there are two housemates on each floor, so we are six in total. You will be sharing the second floor with one housemate and together you have access to the following common spaces: a hallway, a shared space with a bay window, a toilet and a bathroom with shower.

In addition to the common spaces, you will have two private rooms: a (studio/living) room of 28m² and a (bed)room of 9m², which are explicitly for one person.
Description coliving group
Our house values community, collaboration, and we are looking for someone who is on the same wavelength. We are a social house with a focus on connection, cooperation, and shared experiences. Our home is culturally diverse and queer friendly, we are navigating in the realm of visual/culinary arts, sound design, and film and our age group is 41 - 61 and we also share the space with Onyekachie, the sweetest cat! As of May 1st or June 1st(date to be confirmed), a permanent room will be opening up and we are looking for someone who wants a decent living space and is willing to contribute to our co-living space. > you are drawn to the idea of social living and being part of a collaborative household. > you are willing to pitch in where you can, like: -handling small repairs around the house -communicating with the housing association or other relevant contacts -taking on administrative tasks etc... >you are interested in the occasional shared meal, dinner party or other activities >you are social and open to new ideas, but also mindful and respectful of common/personal spaces and downtime. >we value our privacy and chill time, and we are not all up in each others business all the time, so someone who appreciates that too! >fluency in Dutch is a plus, but not required.
