- The rent includes g/w/l and wifi and the yearly trash bills from the gemeente. It might increase because we are changing the contract holder, and we hope it won't change significantly, but this is not certain until September.

- We share a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a living room and the balcony. The house is very small, and so are our bedrooms, that's why we use the common spaces a lot. It's important that you feel comfortable with others and that you can easily find a middle ground /communicate your needs and boundaries. We all have creative and busy lives so it might happen that you are home alone as well, but when the 4 of us are home it's very cosy :P

- You have a private bedroom of approx. 9 m2. It has a window that faces south and you get to see the sun coming up in the morning :) On the other handside, there's a kebab shop underneath our house and the scooters deliver kebab en pizza until 1am. Earplugs are necessary- or a good meditation practice.

The rules of the house change depending on who lives there, we make the household together and try to find a middle ground that works for everybody. We try to do regular check-in's to discuss practical things and also hear how everybody is doing. We like to do things together if it happens spontaneously or we find the time, but it's not a rule.
We recently became part of biobulkbende (foodcooperative in rotterdam) and do groceries together (which is convenient given the small size of the kitchen). We are mostly vegetarian, but not strict- what counts is the "how" and not the "what", meaning that we care about the attitude and mindset, not about the specific choices somebody makes in a specific moment.
This house is known for it's "Pusteblume"-quality (in German this means dandelion). People fly in and out like seeds. It is a very warm and cosy nest, we care for each other and care about good communication. Since it's a small house and in a busy area, it's not necessary a settling down location (depending on your needs, of course, you can stay as long as you want to), but rather a place were people have lived 1,2 or max. 3 years. For as long as we stay, we make it fun! - Current composition

The people that you move in with are Fede (Italy, she/her), Pau (Spain and Germany, she/her) and Liza (Slovenia and Netherlands, she/they) and Barfi (cat). We all moved in recently and are still getting to know each other, but it helps that we have a lot in common :) We care about beings (animals, plants, people, molecules, souls and whatever entity deserves respect) and do our best to be kind and mindful. We all enjoy nature, art & culture, sustainability & philosophical deep talk, humor, and we are in our late 20ies.
And then there's a lot we don't we don't have in common that we can discuss over dinner!
