You’re only 15 minutes walk to Utrecht Zuilen station and 10 by bike from Utrecht Central Station, but you still get to enjoy the peace and quiet of a residential area. There’s a nice front garden where you can sit outside and relax, perfect for your morning coffee or a sunny afternoon. A bus stop is just around the corner, so public transport is super convenient if you’re not cycling. The area also has some cozy cafés, parks, and walking paths along the Vecht river nearby.

The house has a warm, cozy, and slightly hippy vibe, think plants, second-hand furniture, and a relaxed, down-to-earth atmosphere. It’s a place where you can truly feel at home.
There’s a shared living room that’s perfect for chilling, eating together, or having a small chats, The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, oven, stove, fridge, and plenty of space for your things.
You’ll also share a clean bathroom and toilet, which everyone uses respectfully.

The house has a chilled and independent vibe. All three housemates are currently working and have their own schedules, so everyone’s pretty focused and busy during this period.
There’s no pressure to socialize or do things together, everyone respects each other’s space and routine. We don’t really plan shared activities at the moment because of our different rhythms, but when we run into each other in the kitchen or living room, there’s always room for a friendly chat.
It’s a great setup if you’re looking for a peaceful, low-key living environment where you can do your own thing and still feel part of a respectful shared home. - Current composition
- It’s a 2 floors house of 3 adults. 2 women and a non binary person! There are no pets and no children in the house. The housemates are in their mid and late 20s. respectful, social, open-minded, and value privacy and cleanliness.

- We’re looking for someone who is responsible, independent, likes to socialize every now and then, and easygoing, ideally someone who also works or studies and is looking for a peaceful and respectful home base.
