We are looking for new housemate to join our home and house association,
Rent is 413, eur, including everything, room is available already.
Room 17m on the ground floor next to kitchen, with window to the garden.
House is shared with 3 people, ocassionaly there is also a big cute dog by one of the housemates but not constantly.
We are all working adults F28, F34 and M38yrs, it's an international and queer-friendly house.
R 28 loves gardening, swimming, singing, birdwatching, climbing and works in human right organisation.
A 34 is into music and diy ethics, likes printing graphics and works in printing company, gaming, illustrated novels, bouldering.
J 38 loves playing guitar, drawing comics, being outdoor and sometimes away spending time in Spain with his dog, works on solar panel projects.
In short this is us :)
We take care of the house together, and we sometimes enjoy to eat together or have a drink in the garden, but we all have our own schedules and busy lifes. As house association we also have regular meetings 1-2 month, and as a member you are expected eventually to pick up some task(s), it can be administrative/legal/various matters. We will tell more when we meet.
There is cleaning schedule for the house that we all follow and initiative in the house is welcome.
We look for someone 27+, easy-going, responsible, community-minded and who would click with us.
