- We have 3 floors in total.Most of our common spaces are on the third floor: the living room, kitchen, balcony and the guest bedroom. First 2 floors each have a toilet and we have a spacious bathroom on the 2nd floor.

- We have a calm pace in the house where we like to spend time together as we cross paths.

- We are 3 young adults in our early 30s: Mitchel (M), Ezgi (F) and Bram (M). We have all graduated from TU Delft.
- Ideal resident
- Our ideal resident is someone who chooses to become a part of a living group, enjoying together time while respecting others in the house. We would love to have someone who also embraces the space they live in and enjoys contributing to making it better. We have a preference for someone who identifies as a female, but it's not a hard requirement. We would ideally like to share our space with someone our age - late 20s or early 30s -, and someone who has a stable income.
