Ideal space
I'd like to have a room for myself, and if it is tiny, possibly a second room to develop my activities and enjoy my time. It is ok to share the kitchen and toilets-shower with other people, but possibly not more than other 2 or 3 flatmates. I'd like also to have a living room in the flat/house, to chill together.
I'd like to share the house with people who love living the day and not making noise at night, respecting each other personality and nature, interests, and companies, without compromising the quality of living together. It is important that all flatmates respect each other private spaces, and also shared spaces by committing to keep them clean and tidied up with equal common effort. Also, I wouldn't like the house to be a constant crossroad of people.

whatever respects what's above. I do not dislike having animals around, as long as the owner respects the dignity of the animal and the cleanliness of the house.
I would insist on having a quiet time at night, since my sleeping quality is not great at all!
Describe yourself
I co-lived for all my life with people of any age and gender, and for long periods, respectively in Italy, Spain, Sweden, and the Netherlands. I have lived in Utrecht for almost 2 ys now. I enjoy the many activities proposed by places such as Devoorkamer, Moira, some art institutes such as CASCO, and ACU (where I've been quite active in organizing and/or running activities). I have a job and a stable income. Outside work, I am also dedicated to bouldering, yoga practices, walking in nature, and meeting friends to have fun. I like having friends at home now and then, cooking together, talking, laughing, painting, and watching movies. I run my life happily and do my business and not my flatmates' ones. I would like them to do the same. This doesn't mean that I would avoid contact with them. I would be genuinely happy to find a nice community to share some time, a coffee, a casual chat, an activity outside home :)
