Looking for a Flatmate to apply for a two-studio FRIENDS apartment in Stadsveteraan (55+) in Amsterdam
Hi everyone!
I'm Carmen (62), and I’m making one last attempt to find a like-minded flatmate to share a two-room apartment in Stadsveteraan, a vibrant 55+ community near the Amstel River.
Interested? If this sounds like a good fit for you, and you're looking for stability and community, let's get together for a chat (online or in person)!
Please only contact me if you're seriously considering applying. If you need general information about Stadsveteraan, please visit their website directly.
I look forward to meeting my future flatmate - let's make it happen! Thank you very much! Carmen

Ideal group
I’d love to share with a woman who speaks English and Dutch to help me practice.
Describe yourself
About Me I’m a Spanish citizen cultural professional—a writer, theatre director, Spanish teacher, and cat sitter. Living in Amsterdam since 2018, I’m organized, clean, and value respect, privacy, and a peaceful home. I speak Spanish, English, basic French, and I’m learning Dutch.
I have experience in community-based creative workshops and would love to contribute with this activity to Stadsveteraan. I’m also LGBTQI-friendly, a non-smoker, I have no pets and rarely have visitors.
After a year of temporary housing, I’m looking for a stable, long-term home—a space for both independence and friendly connection.
