anything! i adapt very easily to different and diverse living environments!
Ideal group
i would love to live in a place where there is a cozy balance between quietness, alone time to study and just be with myself; and collective moments of care and just existing together with my roommates. I like to live the house not only as a house but also as a nest, a place to really call home, with people that care for one another while also having their own lives and being independent in their own paths of life, study, work.
Describe yourself
I am a very sunny, energetic and empathetic person. I am courageous and adventurous and always challenge myself both in my daily life and in non-daily experiences. I am a very social person, I love to spend time with other people and I love even more spending time with them in unexpected and spontaneous plans, but I also enjoy lonely moments to just be with myself.
I really love a good evening spent at home, with soft and warm lights, drinking tea or wine chatting about our lives, our dreams, our fatigues, and at the same time I also very much like staying in silent while hiking in the mountains, writing poetries, painting with watercolors in a park or in the garden with some indie music playing in the background, or dancing at some festival or concert!
My experience of living abroad is interesting indeed: from Italy to Argentina, then back to Italy, then Poland, Portugal, and Italy again! I usually lived in all of these countries for a period of time of around six months or one year, and the reasons for my stay were always related to studying and working. I always shared the house with roommates and always was a pleasant, organized, and cozy figure to have around. With all of my previous roommates we continue being very good and loyal friends even though we all live, work, and study around the globe!
My interests are numerous! I am really into anthropology, poetry, photography and (am starting to get into) cinema, as well. Also, I love to paint and craft, I often find creative ways to do so, e.g. I paint with spices, I paint on glass and ceramics, etc. I love to hike and walk, I often do yoga and sometimes pilates, I love riding on my bike (whose name is Ada, like Italian partisan Ada Prospero Marchesini Gobetti), and throughout these years I have taken up martial arts, a tiny bit of aerial silk and climbing, and especially social theatre! I am into feminism, degrowth and housing-for-all movements and philosophies, too! ;)
I am now moving to Utrecht to begin a Masters' Degree in Cultural Anthropology, which will be further supported by the scholarship for Bright Minds Fellowship that I have been awarded by Utrecht University.
