Hello fellow woongroepers,
We are Woongroep Oost, a woongroep managed by the housing association: Stadgenoot. We have been experiencing struggles with Stadgenoot, especially when it comes to new rental contracts, rent calculations - points system, and maintenance of private/communal spaces. As a woongroep, it seems like we are falling under grey areas of rules and responsibilities, which Stadgenoot is using in order to raise/decide our rents randomly and inappropriately.
We are looking to connect with other woongroeps who experience struggles mainly with Stadgenoot, but would appreciate input (also tips to approach HuurCommissie) from other woongroeps too. We are also Dutch speakers and can communicate in Dutch if preferred.
